Ceramic composite belt is a high temperature and fire resistant insulating material made of ceramic silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth. After fire, the silicone rubber can be ceramized to block fire and ensure the electrical insulation performance meets the standards. The fireproof insulation composite belt can be used outside the power battery module to solve the problem of high temperature electrical insulation protection of the battery. The ceramic silicone rubber in the product will form a hard ceramic shell under the flame injection of butane above 1000, and the ceramic composite belt is still not burned through after 10min flame injection.

The fireproof insulating composite tape can be used on the outside of the power battery module to solve the problem of high temperature electrical insulation protection of the battery.

The ceramic silicone rubber in the product will form a hard ceramic hard shell under 1000 butane flame spraying, and the ceramic composite tape has not been burned through after 10 minutes of flame spraying.
